Hey Deeper church! We are now meeting in person and would love to have you join us. We ask people to be responsible for themselves: washing hands regularly and staying home if you have symptoms of any contagious illness. If you are sick, Please call the church to schedule coming over to your home to pray for healing, or we can pray over the phone. 206-243-8900
I’m not comfortable returning to church yet. Can I continue to be a part of the online experience?
Of course! We encourage you to continue joining us online each week until you feel comfortable attending in person. Our worship experience will continue to be streamed every Sunday at 11am.
How does Deeper practice social distancing?
We are spacing seats accordingly to keep a safe distance between families within the auditorium. We ask that every individual practices social distancing while in the lobby or common areas.
Will I need to wear a mask?
The government requires us to say yes. The government rules on wearing face coverings makes allowances for people with health conditions - and according to HIPAA laws, we are not allowed to ask you what your health condition is; therefore, we will not violate people's right to privacy by questioning or enforcing. We ask each person to be responsible for him or herself.
How is Deeper cleaning its facilities?
We will conduct regular cleanings Sunday mornings. Additionally, hand sanitizer stations and wipes will be located throughout our building.
Will restrooms be open?
Yes, all restrooms will be open and will undergo routine cleaning, with hand sanitizer and wipes available for use.
Will Deeper be screening those who attend in person?
We ask everyone to use good judgment: if you are feeling ill or have a family member who is feeling ill, please stay home and participate in our online experience.
Will there be Children's Church available for my children?
If I choose not to attend in person, will there still be an online curriculum from the Children's ministry?
No. We recommend checking out for great kids church content!
Is there an experience for my Junior High or High School Student?
Anchored Youth is meeting in person every Thursday at 4:30PM.
I’m new to Deeper Church, how do I get connected?
We'd love to connect! Email us at and request to be added to the Weekly Events email. You can also like us on Facebook at To stay in the loop through text messages, text "loop" to 206-339-6668. However, we believe the best way to connect is through the old fashioned, "Hi! My name is _______. Want to get lunch sometime?"
How can I continue giving?
During this time, we will not pass an offering bucket; however, we do have a secure giving station in the back of the auditorium in front of the sound booth and we encourage digital giving. For online giving you can visit our Donate page or text "deeper" to 206-859-9405.
The government requires us to post these guidelines.
If you are showing any symptoms of sickness, please join us online for service.
Before you arrive, please check your temperature. If it is above 100.4 degrees, please join us online that day.
All people must maintain 6 feet of distance from each other (except for family members), including pastors, staff, and volunteers.
All people must wear face masks at all times while on the church property. Please visit https://kingcounty.gov/depts/health/covid-19/care/masks.aspx for more information about face masks and the state requirements.
Chair clusters will be placed 6 feet apart, all facing forward. One person per chair cluster, families may sit together.
No giving plates will be passed. If giving tithe/offering, place in the Giving Box next to the Connection Booth or give online.
If communion is being held, individual servings will be distributed by church volunteers wearing gloves.
While we will be holding Kids Church during the 11am service, we understand that not every family feels comfortable with this. We will provide activity bags for each child who attends the main service. Parents are welcome to bring other activities for their children. Jesus loved kids, and so do we - don't worry about the noise!
One guardian may use the Nursing Mother’s lounge and diaper changing station at a time. Anyone who uses the room must wipe it down and sanitize before leaving.
Sanitizing wipes will be placed in each bathroom. We ask that each person wipe down all surfaces their hands touched before exiting. Trash cans will be placed outside the bathrooms to discard of wipes. Only 2 people at a time allowed in downstairs bathrooms.
Hand sanitizer, gloves, sanitizing wipes, and tissues will be placed throughout the building.
If tested positive for COVID-19, individual should inform church staff immediately.
We ask that anyone at-risk continue to join us online from their own home.
We are looking for volunteers who are willing to help on Sundays! Greeters, prayer team, A/V team, and Kids ministry.
